Project Summary:
This basement was fully gutted. Vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout this basement. The stairs were replaced and they were carpeted and an oak railing was installed. This space also features a bathroom painted in dark navy blue, an office/studio, two bedrooms, and a bright family room that includes a gas fireplace with a modern drywall surround and mantel. basement
Project Included:
- Basement was fully gutted by the homeowners
- Finished basement features a family room with a gas fireplace, one office/studio, two bedrooms, and a 3-piece bathroom
- Installed vinyl plank flooring throughout the basement
- Installed corner fireplace with drywall surround with an oak mantel matched in the same stain used on the oak stair railing
- Installed carpet on the stairs
- Paint for the bathroom was Benjamin Moore HC-154 Hale Navy
- Paint for the office/studio was Benjamin Moore OC-28 Collingwood
- Main recreational room, hallway, stairwell, and upstairs landing was painted in Benjamin Moore 2127-60 Feather Gray
