Project Summary:
This condo renovation consisted of multiple upgrades, starting with removing the french door system from the one side of the condo and reinstalling it on the opposite end of the living room. A new floor reducer was stained to match and installed where the french doors previously were. New light fixtures were installed throughout the condo, including new ceiling fans in the kitchen and both bedrooms. The wallpaper was removed in the master bedroom and the walls were painted. The kitchen knobs were replaced to match the other door knobs around the condo. The shower in the master bathroom was gutted and replaced with porcelain tile for the walls and for the shower base and ceiling. A rain shower with handheld slide bar was installed with two corner shelves. The light fixtures in both washrooms were removed.
