“We needed a bedroom for family visits and I needed an appropriate area for my sewing and machine embroidery work. We chose Suzette because her estimate was detailed, down to the hinges on the doors, and we felt comfortable that there would be no extra charges that would sneak in, except for changes that we specifically requested. Suzette gave us a schedule when things would be done and everything happened exactly as we were told. When we signed the contract, we even knew when the final inspection would take place. We didn’t need to be critical of workmanship because Suzette was far more demanding of her subcontractors than we could ever be. If we have another renovation done in our home, we won’t even tender contracts. We will call Suzette. Valerie”
