Part 1: Before and After Powder Bathroom Upgrade

Project Summary:
We renovated two bathrooms for our client at the same time. These pictures showcase the powder bathroom upgrade. The floor was replaced with luxury vinyl tile as well as the vanity, toilet, vanity light, and mirror were replaced. An accent wall tile was installed above the vanity top and the bathroom was fully painted.
“Our renovations began September 9th as contracted. We were using our bathrooms by October 9th. Suzette our contractor has the ability to organize all the sub contractors that are needed at the right time to do their part in the renovation. I was amazed with her professionalism and her sincerity throughout the renovation. It wasn’t smooth sailing because with any renovation once the walls are down there can be issues. We had one but between Suzette and the plumber Robert a solution was found and I was thrilled with that. The plumber Robert, the drywaller Steve, the electrician Ken, the tiler Darius, the floor installer Paul, the carpenter Philip and the incredible painter Ed were all amazing with their skills. Suzette, Lillian and Maggie were here for me to resolve any issues, cleaning up when needed. Three fantastic women. Suzette knows the work needed and how to get it done in a timely way. She stays in touch constantly so you know who is coming to your home and what is happening. The result is I have two beautiful bathrooms. Thank you Suzette and all your team.
