"This was our third renovation with Germano Creative and I was more than pleased with the finish look. Not only was the renovation completed one week ahead of schedule, it came in on budget. It doesn't look like the same space. The ceilings feel so much higher, there is so much light it doesn't feel like a basement. They worked with us to ensure we came in on budget - not many contractors will do that. All the trades that work for Germano went above and beyond as well to ensure we were getting top quality service and what we wanted. The finished look went beyond our expectations- clean, simple round corners; tonnes of light; lots of outlets; the HVAC is as high as it can go! "This was our first experience hiring a contractor and we couldn’t have chosen a better person than Suzette. Of the three quotes we asked for, hers was the most detailed and outlined everything. She was also the only one to offer us great alternative ideas which ended up saving us money. Suzette and Lilliane prepped our house and made sure every item from tiles, to flooring, to shower glass and fixtures was on site well before it was needed by the tradespeople so there was zero wasted time waiting for materials to be delivered. The tradespeople Suzette uses are top notch professionals who were tidy, courteous, efficient, and do the most excellent work. The work site was always clean and hazard free. "Our renovations began September 9th as contracted. We were using our bathrooms by October 9th. Suzette our contractor has the ability to organize all the sub contractors that are needed at the right time to do their part in the renovation. I was amazed with her professionalism and her sincerity throughout the renovation. It wasn’t smooth sailing because with any renovation once the walls are down there can be issues. We had one but between Suzette and the plumber Robert a solution was found and I was thrilled with that. The plumber Robert, the drywaller Steve, the electrician Ken, the tiler Darius, the floor installer Paul, the carpenter Philip and the incredible painter Ed were all amazing with their skills. Suzette, Lillian and Maggie were here for me to resolve any issues, cleaning up when needed. Three fantastic women. Suzette knows the work needed and how to get it done in a timely way. "Suzette and her team were amazing! From the first meeting right up until completion Suzette was always available - very knowledgeable and was always looking out for my best interests. Communication was great - I never had to follow up and always had an update on what was happening and also a schedule of what was coming next. I have heard horror stories from people about contractors and renovations but my experience was the opposite. Even though it was a major renovation (complete kitchen and laundry room remodel) it moved along quickly and stayed on schedule.
