• Our general contractor will meet you to provide ideas and professional advice that are based on your needs and expectations for the renovation project, to help you make informed decisions.

• Measurements, photos, and a drawing of the site to be renovated will be taken to develop a realistic price estimate and design options.

• Unlike some general contractors who provide ballpark prices, we provide realistic price estimates because we customize every estimate based on each potential client’s desires and preferences for design and material selection.

• We will provide you with an estimate that specifies cost differences in design options, and the budgets allocated for material selections to help you visualize the cost components.

• Consulting – Based on your needs and desires, we will provide you with ideas and professional advice with regards to both construction and design, to help you make informed decisions.

• Designing – We will create a design layout based on ideas we discussed. We will also help you select various design components (e.g. flooring, paint colour, backsplash, and countertops) to help you achieve a particular look or feel.

• Planning – We will plan accordingly to ensure the renovation project is done right, completed on time, and accurately translated into the proposed design.

• Shopping Assistance – There will be a shopping day when you and the general contractor, Suzette, will visit a few suppliers she regularly works with to select materials (e.g. flooring and countertops). She will simplify the decision making process for you by helping you find the right combination of materials that will achieve the overall look or feel you want.

• Cleaning – During the construction phase, the job site will be left organized at the end of each day. Upon completion, your new space will be thoroughly cleaned for it to be move-in ready for you!

• Renovating/Remodeling – The design plan will be successfully translated into reality with excellent workmanship and creative design.

Our project manager’s main objective is to remove as much of the usual stress involved with the renovation project. Our project manager, Suzette, will be your main point of contact throughout the entire renovation process to address any questions, concerns, and/or additional requests you may have.

Among many, here a few of our project manager’s responsibilities:

• Visiting project sites on a daily basis to ensure everything is going according to plan;

• Providing instruction to the subcontractors to ensure the design plan is executed accurately and everything is done right;

• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure everything runs on schedule in order to meet the project deadline; and

• Acting as a trouble-shooter by immediately addressing any unforeseen problems that may arise.

We work with a highly qualified team of professional and specialized subcontractors, who have worked with us for years and are committed to providing excellent quality workmanship. They include:
