This three-piece bathroom renovation combines soft Victorian mauve walls with crisp white cabinetry, dark flooring, and understated touches of sparkle. A glass-enclosed alcove shower, quartz-topped vanity, and coordinated storage create a bathroom that feels polished, functional, and distinctive.
The objective was to update the bathroom with improved finishes and functionality while giving the space more character than a conventional neutral renovation. Because the room has a compact footprint, the design also needed to provide practical storage without making the bathroom feel crowded.
Germano Creative created a balanced design using light cabinetry and glossy white shower tile to keep the room feeling bright. Victorian mauve walls introduce warmth and personality, while dark grey flooring, black hardware, and a contrasting shower accent provide definition. A glass shower enclosure preserves sightlines through the room, helping the compact bathroom feel more open.
The white vanity and tall wall cabinet provide substantial storage while visually blending into the light shower surround. Dark hardware connects the cabinetry to the charcoal floor tile and shower accent, preventing the mauve-and-white palette from feeling overly delicate. The oval mirror softens the room’s many rectangular surfaces, while the crystal-style light fixture introduces the decorative “bling” referenced in the original project description. The frameless-looking glass enclosure also allows the tiled shower and corner bench to remain visible rather than closing off the far end of the room.
The completed bathroom is bright and practical, but it also has a distinct personality. Its mauve walls, contrasting dark accents, sparkling details, and traditional white cabinetry create a design that feels more customized than a standard neutral bathroom. Improved storage and an open glass shower make the compact space functional for everyday use.
