Project Summary:

This sophisticated basement incorporates light gray walls that illuminate the dark brown laminate flooring, walk-up oak bar, and stone fireplace to create a calming and comfortable ambience. The living room and dining room are open concept to make the basement more spacious and bright. 

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, plumbing
  • Design and installation of electric fireplace insert and ledge stone accent wall with an oak recessed niche for TV
  • Installation of suspended ceiling with 2ft by 2ft beveled edge ceiling tiles
  • Design and installation of walk-up oak bar with granite countertop and an open shelf with accent lighting
  • 2-piece bathroom that includes vanity base with a granite countertop and backsplash, and recessed niche
  • Installed glazed porcelain tile for patio door floor entrance and bathroom floor
  • Laminate flooring installed in dining/living room and hallways
  • Berber carpet installed for basement stairs & stringers
  • Finish carpentry and painting
