Project Summary:
An ensuite bathroom was added in their master bedroom. This ensuite bathroom design features a vanity and linen tower, porcelain tile floor and in-floor heating, and an alcove walk-in shower with porcelain tile surround and pebble stone base and accent border. In the original master bedroom design, the walk-in closet was larger and to make room for an ensuite bathroom, the closet size was reduced.
- Removal of dividing wall between master bedroom and walk-in closet
- Frame new ensuite bathroom and smaller walk-in closet
- Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, plumbing
- In-floor heating
- Installation of porcelain 12″x24″ tile for shower walls, bathroom floor, and baseboard
- Alcove shower features a pebble stone shower base and vertical accent border
- Installation of 30″ bathroom vanity with half inch quartz countertop and matching 18″ linen tower
- Re-installation of carpet in walk-in closet
- Finish carpentry and painting in bathroom and walk-in closet
