Project Summary:
This full home renovation included the removal of all walls on the main floor, for an open concept layout. Engineered hardwood flooring was installed throughout the main floor, staircases, hallway and bedrooms. All bedrooms, as well as the rest of the main floor were painted and closets were updated. The kitchen was completely gutted and the layout was updated, featuring a kitchen island with quartz countertops, new windows, appliances, and floating shelves. The wood burning fireplace was installed and the fireplace surround was updated with stone and a rustic wood mantel and the back wall was converted into large oversized patio doors. The main bathroom and master bathroom were updated, which included, new vanities, showers/bathtubs, toilets, flooring and updated fixtures.

Kitchen:
– Full gut out
– Removed dividing walls
– Installed engineered hardwood throughout main level in the kitchen and living room, in the hallway and all 3 bedrooms
– Installed white kitchen with white quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash with white floating shelves
– Installed new windows in the kitchen and living room

– The patio door, window, and wall were removed and oversized patio doors were installed

– Installed three wall alcove bathtub, with marble porcelain tile shower surround and glass corner shelves
– Installed 12″x24″ charcoal grey porcelain floor tile
– Installed white vanity with matching mirror and white quartz countertop
– Installed a new toilet
En-suite Bathroom:
– Installed acrylic base corner shower with glass panels, sliding glass doors and marble porcelain tile shower surround, with a vertical hexagon tile accent border and corner glass shelves
– Installed two shower heads; one is a waterfall shower head
– Installed a freestanding bathtub and a freestanding faucet with hand shower
– Installed white vanity with matching mirror and quartz countertop
– Installed 12″x24″ marble porcelain floor tile (same tile as shower surround)
– Installed new toilet
