Project Summary:
For this renovation, the kitchen was upgraded with quartz countertops, a glass tiled backsplash, and an island to add contrast. We replaced the flooring throughout the main floor with engineered hardwood and installed porcelain tiles in the front entrance for easier maintenance. The existing carpet was removed from the stairs and they were recapped, stained and new carpet was installed. We painted all of the walls/trim, and all of the baseboards were replaced.
Project Included:
- Installed white island with sink and quartz countertops
- Replaced kitchen tops with quartz countertops
- Installed glass kitchen backsplash
- Replaced main floor with engineered hardwood (Hickory/Delray by Fuzion Flooring)
- Installed 12″x24″ porcelain tiles in front entrance
- Carpet was removed from stairs and they were recapped and stained in oak; new carpet was added
