Project Summary:

This basement design includes a walk-up bar with Alaska white granite countertops, bathroom, bedroom, and family room with a corner stone fireplace. The laminate flooring brightens up the basement and accentuates the dark brown walk-up bar, oak railing, and furniture. 

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, and electrical
  • Installation of laminate flooring throughout basement, except for bathroom
  • Design and installation of maple walk-up bar and two open cabinets above bar with glass shelves, accent lighting, crown mould, and niche for TV
  • In-floor heating system for bathroom floor
  • Design and installation of 3-piece bathroom
  • Installation of glazed porcelain tile for bathroom floor, shower walls, and bathroom walls
  • Stone and glass blend mosaic tile installed to accent tiled shower walls
  • Installation of granite countertops for bar and bathroom vanity
  • Installation of oak railing, and berber carpet for basement stairs and stringers
  • Installation of corner fireplace with stone and oak mantle
  • Finish carpentry
