Project Summary:

This basement was renovated into one spacious recreational room. The combination of warm and light colours featured in the berber carpet and “mocha cream” paint colour provides this basement with a very cozy ambience.

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
  • Framing and creating a doorway in the dividing wall between the recreational room and utility room
  • Installation of access door in stairwell for additional storage
  • Installation of California textured ceiling
  • Finish carpentry and painting
  • Under pad and berber carpet installed in recreational room, and for basement stairs and stringers
