Project Summary:
In 2017, the main and second level of this home was transformed from the removal of walls and installation of beams to new flooring, bathroom upgrades, new railing system and stairs, new gas fireplace unit with stone surround, and kitchen. Luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed in the bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen, and engineered wood flooring was installed throughout the rest of the main and second level. In 2018, the basement was redone to make it a more comfortable living space. The tile floor was replaced with vinyl plank floors, the carpet on the stairs to the basement was replaced with new carpet, the bathroom was fully gutted, a book shelf was built, and the second laundry room was eliminated to make space for a walk-up bar.
