Project Summary:
The homeowners were ready for an update and wanted their basement to feel inviting and cozy. The basement gut and painting were done by the homeowners. Their old fireplace was replaced with a modern gas fireplace with a tile surround and barn beam mantel.
“This was our third renovation with Germano Creative and I was more than pleased with the finish look. Not only was the renovation completed one week ahead of schedule, it came in on budget. It doesn’t look like the same space. The ceilings feel so much higher, there is so much light it doesn’t feel like a basement. They worked with us to ensure we came in on budget – not many contractors will do that. All the trades that work for Germano went above and beyond as well to ensure we were getting top quality service and what we wanted. The finished look went beyond our expectations- clean, simple round corners; tonnes of light; lots of outlets; the HVAC is as high as it can go!
