Project Summary:
This project consisted of a carpet upgrade on the stairs going up to the second floor, the second floor landing loft area, master bedroom and closet, and office. We also replaced the railing system with a new handrail, posts, and iron spindles. We also replaced the railing system in the loft area, overlooking the main floor family room.
Project Included:
- Removal and installation new carpet on the stairs, in the loft area on the second floor, master bedroom and closet, and office space
- Installation and staining of a new oak handrail system on the stairs and on the railing in the loft area
- Installation of new square posts and iron spindles for the railing systems
- Paint touch ups on surrounding walls due to carpet and railing installation
