Project Summary:

This basement design includes a family room, laundry room, and bathroom. The family room is a perfect size for their children to play in and the green accent wall livens up the basement. As for the bathroom, the mosaic tile used to accent the shower walls enhances the bathroom’s appeal with added colour and texture. 

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
  • Design and installation of 3-piece bathroom with tiled shower, vanity, and toilet
  • Installation of glazed porcelain tile for bathroom floor, baseboards, shower ceiling and walls
  • Stone and glass blend mosaic tile installed in shower niche and accent borders
  • Finish carpentry, and painting
  • Installation of berber carpet throughout basement, basement stairs and stringers

But there are two very important things with which I’m walking away. First, we have a basement that we’re very proud of. The attention to detail and finesse along the way has left us looking forward to many years of living in this space.
Second, we have developed a relationship with someone who is passionate about their work, knows their stuff and has a great eye for design.
For our next project, we will be skipping the search and estimate phase and contacting Germano Creative!
