Project Summary:

The large space in this basement was optimized by making it the perfect space to entertain guests in the bar area, relax in the comfortable living room, and work in the home office. This open concept basement also includes a 3-piece bathroom, laundry room, storage room, and utility room. 

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
  • Contemporary drywall designs with recessed niches, glass shelves, and accent lighting
  • Design and installation of 3-piece bathroom with a pocket door, corner round acrylic shower with glass door, vanity, and toilet
  • Installation of suspended ceiling with 2ft by 2ft beveled edge ceiling tiles
  • Installation of ceramic tile for bathroom floor, bar floor area, foyer entrance by patio doors, and laundry room
  • Installation of laminate flooring throughout basement except for bathroom, laundry room, foyer entrance by patio doors, and basement stairs
  • Design and installation of L-shape oak bar with ceramic tile countertops
  • Installation of railing for basement stairs
  • Finish carpentry and painting
  • Installation of berber carpet for living room area, basement stairs and stringers
