About This Project

Project Summary:
We upgraded their en-suite bathroom, replaced their kitchen backsplash and countertops, replaced most of the flooring on their main floor with luxury vinyl tile, and added a laundry room in their basement.
Project Included:
En-suite Bathroom: We replaced their existing tub with a freestanding bathtub, replaced the porcelain tile floor with 12″x24″ luxury vinyl tile, and installed a Stonewood 60″ double sink vanity combo with a white quartz countertop and matching mirror.
Kitchen Backsplash and Countertops: We replaced their existing backsplash with a hexagon tile backsplash and replaced their old countertops with ornamental white granite countertops.
Main Floor: We replaced their floor tile with Armstrong Alterna silver shimmer 12″x24″ luxury vinyl tile throughout the front entrance, hallway, kitchen, and en-suite bathroom. It provides both durability and comfort for all areas of the house!
Laundry Room: We turned an unfinished room in their basement into a laundry room with drop ceilings and pot lights. We relocated the dryer and washer from upstairs to the basement, and installed a laundry room sink. We installed Beaulieu Rapido vinyl plank flooring for warmth and comfort and the homeowners wanted it to be bright so they chose to have the room painted in yellow!
