Project Summary:
This renovation involved adding a 3-piece bathroom to the main floor; a dividing wall was built in the living room and a door was added, going from the bathroom, into the main floor office space. A single sink vanity with a matching vanity mirror was installed. We added an alcove shower with sliding glass doors and a porcelain tile shower surround, featuring a shower bench and shower grab bars for easy accessibility. A toilet was installed with a flip up grab bar and 12×24 gray porcelain tile was installed for the bathroom flooring. In the living room we painted the walls, removed the suspended ceilings and installed flat drywall ceilings.
