Location: Waterloo
Clients’ Names: Ashley and Andrew
Project Summary:
This basement was transformed into a beautiful livable space for the family! The existing basement had extreme elevations in the concrete flooring, making it impossible to properly install flooring. The basement floor was excavated and a new concrete flooring was poured. A concrete wall was also removed to create an open concept space, which involved putting in steel beams to reinforce the structure. This basement features a family room, office, laundry room, and three-piece bathroom.
“Suzette and her team took our basement from a useless concrete storage room to a beautiful living space, office, bathroom and laundry room. It was a big job that involved taking out a well, digging out floors and removing walls. Suzette kept us on time and updated us daily on who was going to be working on the project. The project involved many different trades, including concrete work, drywall, painters, tile work, you name it. Suzette kept them all on schedule. We would definitely recommend Germano Creative Interior Contracting and use them for future projects.
