Project Summary:
This beautiful open concept kitchen design features oak kitchen units in a rustic walnut finish, granite countertops, tumbled stone backsplash, and a field stone accent wall. Wood plank porcelain tiles were installed throughout the main floor, perfectly complementing the kitchen.
- Complete kitchen gut out, removal of flooring and ceiling in living room, and removal of stair railing and carpet on stairs on the main floor
- Removal of dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room
- Removal of existing supply air duct work in the kitchen and supplied air stacks on main floor and second floor
- Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
- California texture ceiling
- Installation of pot lights in the kitchen and living room
- Installation of oak railing for stairs on the main floor
- Installation of porcelain plank tiles throughout the main floor
- Design and installation of oak kitchen units and island in a rustic walnut finish
- Installation of Fantasy Brown granite countertops
- Installation of Travertine Ivory 2×4 tumbled stone brick pattern kitchen backsplash
- Installation of field stone accent wall in the kitchen
- Installation of carpet for the stairs
- Finish carpentry, and painting
