Project Summary:
With this renovation, we updated the kitchen and main floor powder room. The kitchen layout remained the same; we replaced the base kitchen cabinets only, with white MDF Michigan Shaker style cabinets and installed extra cabinetry/a coffee station with a laminate countertop. A majic corner and tiered cutlery tray were installed. We replaced the floors in the main living area/kitchen and hallway with materials that were previously purchased by the client. The walls in the living area/kitchen were painted with Benjamin Moore’s Eternity AF-695, and the powder room was painted with Wickham Gray HC-171. The powder room was also updated with a 24″ graphite paint vanity combo with a porcelain top, new light fixtures and Renova Black, 12×24 porcelain tile was installed in both the bathroom and entryway.
