Project Summary:
In this renovation, an additional washroom was added in the basement. A dividing wall was built in the utility room, and a 3 piece washroom was installed, which included a 60″x30″ acrylic bathtub, a 30″ bellrose white vanity with a matching vanity mirror and storage cabinet. We also installed a towel warmer. The floors and shower surround were both tiled with 12″x24″ porcelain tile, in Classic HD Pulpis Gray tile. In the shower we installed a chrome slide bar shower kit and two corner glass shelves. The walls were painted with Aura Bath and Spas OC-31 Fog Mist.
Project Included:

⦁ Installing a 30″ Bellrose white vanity with undermount sink and Fantasy quartz top with the matching vanity mirror
⦁ Installing the Bellrose storage cabinet (Over the John)
⦁ Installing 12″x24″ porcelain tile in Classic HD Pulpis Grey for both the floor and shower surround
⦁ Installing a towel warmer
⦁ Installing Riobel Slider bar shower kit in chrome, with two corner glass shelves
⦁ Painting the walls with Aura Bath and Spa OC-31 Fog Mist
⦁ Painting the walls on the other side of the dividing wall with Aura Bath and Spa White OC-151
⦁ Installation of the washer and dryer and laundry sink kit
