Project Summary:

This open concept basement design features a walk-up bar, pool table area, family room, 3-piece bathroom, and guest bedroom.

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
  • Installation of suspended ceiling with 2ft by 2ft beveled edge ceiling tiles
  • Design and installation of oak walk-up bar and one recessed niche with glass shelves and accent lighting on the back wall
  • Design and installation of 3-piece bathroom
  • Installation of ceramic tile for bar floor, walk-out foyer entrance, and bathroom floor
  • Finish carpentry and painting
  • Installation of berber carpet throughout basement, and for basement stairs and stringers
