This basement features a family room, corner fireplace with a stone accent wall, and 2-piece bathroom. 

Project Included

  • Framing, drywall/taping, electrical, and plumbing
  • Design and installation of electric fireplace insert and ledge stone accent wall with an oak recessed niche for TV
  • Installation of suspended ceiling with 2ft by 2ft beveled edge ceiling tiles
  • 2-piece bathroom that includes vanity base with a granite countertop and backsplash
  • Installed glazed porcelain tile for bathroom floor
  • Laminate flooring installed in hallway area
  • Installation of oak railing with spindles for basement stairs
  • Finish carpentry and painting
  • Berber carpet installed in family room, and for basement stairs and stringers
