Project Summary:
For this main floor renovation, the tile and carpet were removed and replaced with engineered hardwood and 5″ colonial baseboard. The carpet was also removed on the stairs, the stairs were capped with engineered hardwood and the bannister was stained to match. A white fireplace unit with MDF Michigan shaker style doors was installed in the living room and the main floor was painted white.
Project Included:
- Removal of tile in foyer and hallway leading to basement and dinette area
- Removal of carpet in living room, dining room and family room
- Installation of engineered hardwood throughout entire main floor, excluding the kitchen
- Installation of 5” colonial MDF baseboard on all areas where the floor was replaced
- Painting of all baseboards installed
- Installation of a white fireplace unit with MDF Michigan shaker style doors, and a wood veneer mantle and 1” wood veneer top
