About This Project

Project Summary:
In this renovation we finished the entire basement, which involved adding a home bar, wine display cabinet, golf simulator, guest bedroom, and washroom. We installed a home bar with all appliances included, which features a granite countertop, stone tile backsplash and an LED pendant light. A tempered glass wine display cabinet, with swing doors, matte black hardware, wine racks, glass shelves and a storage cabinet was installed; featuring a stone tile backsplash. A golf simulator was installed and the walls around it were painted matte black. In the guest bedroom and throughout the entire basement we installed ‘La Luna,’ vinyl plank floors, and the basement was painted with Regal Ulti-Matte Pale Oak. In the 3 piece washroom we installed 12×24 porcelain tile for the floors and shower surround, which features a vertical accent border and niche. We installed a floating vanity and linen tower, with a matching mirrored medicine cabinet. The shower has an acrylic white shower base, with sliding glass doors, a rain shower and a handheld shower system. The fireplace surround consists of 12×24 Met Arch Dark porcelain tile, and a distressed wooden fireplace mantel.

⦁ Walls painted with Regal-Ulti Matte Pale Oak
⦁ Installation of a home bar with all appliances, a stone tile backsplash, granite countertop and an LED pendant light above the island
⦁ Installation of a tempered glass wine display cabinet, with swing doors, matte black hardware, pull handles, wine racks, glass shelves, and a storage cabinet. A white stone tile backsplash was also installed.
⦁ Installation of a golf simulator
⦁ Installation of a 3 piece washroom, which includes a Fleurco 60″ alcove shower door, an american standard white shower base, porcelain tile shower surround, with an accent and niche. It includes a handheld shower system with a rain shower. Aktuell floating vanity, linen tower and matching mirrored medicine cabinet were installed, with an integrated quartz sink. 12×24 porcelain tile was installed for the washroom floors and a new toilet was installed.
⦁ 12×24 Met Arch Dark porcelain tile was used for the fireplace surround, and a distressed wood firepalce mantel was installed.
⦁ Pot lights were installed throughout the entire basement
